Terms and conditions: Prize Draw “1 week rent free”

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1. The promoter of this prize draw is: Sognando Ltd (company no. 07111464, whose registered office is at 61 Banner Street, London, EC1Y 8PX. )
2. Employees of Sognando Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. Closing date for entry will be 30/04/2016. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The draw will take place on 09/05/2016.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
7. There is only one prize available for this draw, and it will be paid to the winner exclusively.
8. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
9. The winner will be chosen at random by software provided by Sognando Ltd from all entries received and verified by the promoter.
10. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The promoter will credit the winner’s bank account with an amount equivalent to their weekly rent (excluding any bills or taxes), up to a maximum of £250.
12. A copy of the lease or tenancy agreement is required as proof in order to claim the prize.
13. The prize will be credited in the winner’s bank account within 14 days of notification.
14. All participants must be UK residents and over 18 years of age. Also funny and easygoing might help.
15. From time to time you’ll receive our newsletter. You can cancel any time from the newsletter without being penalised for the prize draw

17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
