Why can’t I rent a room if I am older than 40 or younger than 18?
All the tenants in the apartments are students or young professionals, normally aged between 18 and 35. We strive to keep harmony and a peaceful environment in the flats, and we understand that routines, needs and standards become very different as you grow up. That’s why we want to keep everyone within the same age group and therefore can not accept reservations from clients that don’t fall within this range. Sorry about that.
We can’t accept underage due to insurance requirements.

How many people live in the apartments?
Depending on the flat size and how many bedrooms in them, the number of flatmates may vary. Usually they range from 5 to 8, although there may be bigger flats with a higher number of flatmates. In any case, our staff will give you this information for every room you may be interested in.
Of course as flat sharers ourselves we know the importance of not sharing the bathroom and other facilities with too many people. So usually a property with 8 tenants will have at least 2 bathrooms.
