Energy Class.
Currently, details in the “Energy Class” section are not mandatory. However, soon the law will require advertisers to disclose the energy class of the property. Keep an eye out!

Location.
This section is extremely important, as several things can go wrong and jeopardize the chance of securing a client! Follow these points to enhance compatibility with the platform’s integrations:

  • Choose the complete address suggested by Google’s autocompletion from the “Address” field.
  • Ensure the pin on the “Map” is in the correct location, or click “Place the pin in the address above.”
  • Confirm that the city and postcode are correctly entered or enter them yourself.
  • Clear all details in the “Address” field, leaving only the street.
