England’s capital city has a lot to offer. It’s lively, bustling, cultural – everything you would want in a city. Living there is different from visiting, though. While you might love the city itself, you might not be one-hundred-percent sold on packing up and moving there.  There are pros and cons to living in any place, but London is truly special and should be seriously considered. If you are still unsure, here are five reasons to live in London.  1: Everything is on Your Doorstep One of the best parts of living in London is that everything is on your doorstep. Want to go bowling late at night? Sure. Need to do a spot of evening shopping? There are plenty of options. Whatever you can think of, you can do in London, and it’s not far. You don’t get that everywhere!  Of course, with so much great access there also comes a lot of demand for accommodation. To find an affordable way to live in London, find a room for rent2: Plenty of Job Opportunities  For most people, you can’t move to a new location without first considering what the job opportunities are like. In London, you don’t have to worry. There are plenty of job opportunities there. Whether you are a marketing expert, a tech geek, or a lifelong teacher, you are sure to find a job that will suit your talents, interests, and salary preference. Plus, if you want to expand your career, there are plenty of colleges that offer excellent courses.  3: A Multicultural Community  One thing that makes London stand out against some other cities and towns is that it is very multicultural. People from all over the world with their many different talents, ideas, foods, and languages live in this one city, making it an endlessly vibrant and interesting place. It doesn’t matter where in the world you are from, you won’t find it a challenge to find a community that you feel comfortable in.  4: Lots of Green Spaces  You might assume that because London is such a large metropolis city, it has few green spaces to offer. That is where you would be wrong. London has plenty of nature to offer, from the gorgeous lake in Hyde Park to the blooming flowers in Kensington Gardens. If you’re willing to venture a little further out of the city centre, you can find plenty of wildlife and nature in Hainault Forest Country Park. You could enjoy trees, grass, birds, and flowers by day and then step into the bustle of the nocturnal city by night.  5: Great Transport Links London is a big city, but that doesn’t mean you’ll have trouble getting around. Unlike many other cities, London provides rapid transport routes to get you from A to B in under 20 minutes. The underground system is particularly speedy. So, even if you live on one side of London and work on the other, there’s no need to worry about a lengthy commute.
