Utilities Contribution
Upon move-in, we request a one-time utility contribution equal to one week’s rent. This payment is made only once and is intended to assist in covering the cost of bills that are typically included (Wi-Fi, Council Tax, and Water). It is important to note that this contribution covers the entire contract period, including any renewals, and will not be requested again.

Excluding this contribution, all expenses will be covered by us and we will help you through the entire process of booking the best accommodation for you!
